Yesterday was an absolutely terrible day for me in terms of food consumption. After several weeks of really good days, I sort of lost it yesterday and had a genuine eating binge. Not much I can do about it, now. So, I am focused on doing it right today. Just focused on today. Not tomorrow or the next day or next week. Today.

Got anything you want to get off of your chest?

WTG owning it! For many of us that is a big step.

I previously posted about my "lunch of champions" consisting of french fries and diet coke. Sadly, this is not the first time this has happened this semester. Tuesdays are my longest and most hectic days of the week. Incredibly draining on both my mental and physical energy. 8 more Tuesdays to survive.

I haven’t been tracking at all. That’s not a good trend for me.

Nope. I've been sticking to LTL this week. But just like you, I have to take this one day at a time or it is too overwhelming

I think I am going to skip the real ID. Seems like a waste of my time and money. Our newer driver's license has all the features except a red star in the corner. My passport works fine for plane flights.
Like gadgetgirlIL "lunch of champions". Hope to have Belgium style pomme frites tonight (twice fried but not greasy) at a place I go to once a year.

Since 10/2 I've done my best to behave. I went down with an upper respiratory infection and or head cold all connected. Had to go to urgent care 10/2 get an antibiotic and some cough syrup. That lasted till 10/12 and I'm still not gotte over it. I had to cancel my appointment with a new cardiologist on the sme 10/2 day. 2 days later on Friday 10/4 my appointed WI day I was at 359.6 which was the highest I have been since around 2011 on my way to losing 100 lbs. So being up that much around 65 lbs and being 8 years older 64 to now 72 was a serious wake up call. That however is not thre end of the story. I found myself with shortness of breath just walking through the house or walking to my car which is flat. So I have a call into my Cardiologist to reschedule haven't heard back yet and if not will call my pulmonologist for an appointment. That's where I stand currently.
