So i havent reported the last couple days.
I had a pass day. I went to an awesome restaurant where they serve food based on ancient recipes: liquored fruit, black onion, snails and bone marrow or ancient noodles, to name a few dishes. It was quite an amazing experience but not only was I completely incapable of count my calories, I’m sure I went completely over. It was totally worth my 3rd pass day of the month though.
Back on track now. I’m on an extended weekend, bicycling from the foothills of the Pyrenees back to Barcelona over the course of 4 days. The great thing is that I’m pretty sure to stay on track with all the exercise!
Exercise: yes, 3h30 of cycling with a 10kg pack
Calories: most definitely under

ECT for me - 2 mile morning walk with steps tucked in throughout the day. I made it to 10K steps in total.

I finished 5 tough days of legal and financial training on business owners sales issues. It was well worth while but I’m so tired.
I’m going to get up early to get a serious desert hike in the morning.

Not a healthy day but when using my exercise calories from biking I was able to stay under my limit so was able to say yes to all three. I know today and tomorrow will be healthier so will be able to reset.2 -
