Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, I took the advice above and went out early this morning. Good workout for roughly 45 minutes in the new gym with a trainer.

Only a few pounds away from my ultimate weight goal. This group has really helped me with staying consistent. I've never been able to keep the final ones off!

Today turned out to be a rest day. Hair appointment trumped exercise hour, followed by special choir practice, a baby shower and an evening outdoor gathering. All these events had food! Calories and tracking did happened but their accuracy is in question.4 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 8 mile run this morning + 3 hours of dancing around during band practice. This was our first jam session and we all worked very well together, so hopefully we'll be turning it into an actual band. I'll be finishing the day with 30K+ steps.
