    Roasted a chicken today using the spatchcock method. Paired with roasted cauliflower tossed in a homemade vinaigrette. 90 min roundtrip walk with grocery bags in the way back. Fun time cooking!

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? YES ( I was over by 84 calories so I went back & rode the ex bike longer to burn up the 84 calories) LOL

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Did I ever...it was a grueling day of outside work, digging up dahlia and canna lily bulbs and splitting & piling wood. DH & I are both exhausted. Going to bed so we can do a day trip tomorrow around the Finger Lakes area to check out fall foliage.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Active rest day -- exercise was food shopping, laundry and meal prep. Got in my 10K steps for the day.
