hi - I was prepared to take a pass day today - thought I'd just relax and not focus on food so much - and I've come in well under limit anyway which is a surprise - like i havent got the urge to eat a pack of biscuits anymore x 3 x yes today. cleared a flower bed for my exercise and surprised my husband at the same time x best wishes all x8

It’s the fortified wall of the old medieval town of Tossa de Mar.
I have to admit I didn’t expect this trip to be this nice :-) the best part is that we are riding on very well maintained trails away from any motor vehicles.
I love traveling by bike :-p

Roasted a chicken today using the spatchcock method. Paired with roasted cauliflower tossed in a homemade vinaigrette. 90 min roundtrip walk with grocery bags in the way back. Fun time cooking!4 -
