4 Months on Keto

The first image is the day I was diagnosed Type 2 Diabetic. Now it's one day shy of 4 months later and I'm down about 50 lbs. I get new a1C tests next week my BG has been in the low 90s for the past few months so I'm feeling optimistic about that. I also feel a lot better in terms of physical condition, energy, etc.

Wow, that is an awesome story. I started Keto in July of this year and was diagnosed as diabetic in August. Fortunately my blood sugar level was back to normal and my doctor just said "keep doing what you're doing." 50 lbs. is an awesome weight loss! Congratulations.1
