HEADS UP! I'll be doing the tallies extra early Sunday morning (because I am 5 hours ahead of where I live, and I have to catch a bus at 8:30 am here!) PLEASE try to get your team weigh-ins updated before your clocks say it is Sunday, ok? THANKS!!!!!

    @jugar

Hope your vacay is going terrific!

On the Workout Warriors page would you mind unlocking the first two rows that are in view only. It is just a header that is currently merging the Workout Warrior header. It will not impact the rollup to the summary.

My Five for 90 now 73. Wrapping this segment up!

BTW team Neuroscience Explains Why You Need To Write Down Your Goals If You Actually Want To Achieve Them! https://www.forbes.com/sites/markmurphy/2018/04/15/neuroscience-explains-why-you-need-to-write-down-your-goals-if-you-actually-want-to-achieve-them/#530b3dc97905

    5 for 73
    1) Journal/Bible/insight timer. Yes! Daily time for me.
    2) Exercise: Barre 1 hour and 10,000k steps
    3) Hydrate yessss 😘
    4) Trigger food. I don’t want to think about it everyday. I replace It with what nutrients I can give my body.
    5) Gratitudes. I love this! It is so easy to hard on ourselves. You need to love and respect yourself where ever you are at in your journey. I was the fat kid growing up. I give gratitude 🙏 that I wanted to change Both Mentally and physically. I am thankful we are all here to change for the positive together.

Let’s get excited, like our leader @Navydaddjtc had said about NSV and cool things coming!

    All the best! 💃👏🚧💃👏🚧💃

Yikes!!! Sorry that I forgot to do a challenge! :o I just started one and I hope that I did it right. Here it is and I will go post it in the other groups. Please let me know if I did anything wrong and I promise to get it together for future challenges when it's our turn. :)

    NO TRIGGER FOODS CHALLENGE
Hey teams!! I am so sorry that we forgot to post this week's challenge. I'm a new captain so I'm claiming newbie brain and will work harder to set myself a reminder. ;)

Since we have only four days left for this week why don't we focus harder on one of our 5 for 90 and say NO TRIGGER FOODS for the rest of the week?

Post here in the challenge and in your own team threads what trigger food(s) you are going to completely give up and maybe by really focusing on it for this challenge will help carry you through the rest of the year! :)

    Hello Capn's!
Quick question - during tallies, I always hide columns to make the spreadsheets narrower and the current columns closer to the names of the team members. I know that some of you do this yourselves, but if you want me to hide the columns (hiding weeks 1-3 so you see only 4 & 5), let me know. I have put them all back to full view at the moment, but I'm happy to change them back if you want me to. It makes entering the final week's weights MUCH easier, but it does hide the steps columns as well (for previous weeks) if you still need those. Just post here and I'll be happy to make the change for you if you want. thanks!

Also, now that the final week is here, let me know if there is anyone on your support team who needs to be put back in the regular team for November. AND if there is anyone who needs to be dropped or put on support team.

@jugar Good morning! ☀️ It would be very helpful if you could freeze the panes in cell B6. I would do it, however, rows 1 and 2 are in view only - merged. It would be very helpful when entering numbers in for week two and three. 👍👍👍

Also, it would allow us to take a screen shot say in week 2 or 3 when we have missing numbers without showing week 1.

    Thanks!

I'm a bit unclear on what you need. B6 is Gutcutter500's weigh-in day. Not sure why that should be frozen. And rows 1 and 2 are always merged on everyone's spreadsheets to make the title of the team. Maybe you mean columns D through Q which are currently hidden? That would make entering your steps for week 2 and 3 difficult. Is that it? I can unhide them when you need those, but Greg finds entering weights much easier for the later weeks when they are hidden. Just let me know when you want to do catchups and I'll temporarily open them up, ok? Maybe easier by email so I'm sure to be quick on the draw liselyn@gmail.com Thanks!

@jugar I will send you an email. 👍 Freezing the panes would allow column A to remain constant and you could scroll across with everyone’s name not moving.

I'll see what I can do, but there are a lot of merged columns in the original design, and that would need to be changed. I'll fool around with the templates and see if this could work - thanks for the idea! I had thought about doing this, but chickened out and just use hiding, but you're right. It would be MUCH better. Stay tuned.

UPDATE! I tried this on Workout Warriors just to see. It works! I'll let you and Greg be the guinea pigs and try this out for this week. Let me know if there are any glitches, and if it is good, I'll change it for everyone for November. @Navydaddjtc - you just scroll to whichever week you want and it automatically hides all the in-between columns. You'll still see the name and weigh-in day. Give it a whirl!

@jugar Please switch the NWI to a LWI for arc130, Team TrimStones. Whenever she goes to her farm, she has no internet. Thanks! JK

To the wonderful spreadsheet gods of our Mods, please note for future reference, the extra header line I insert every month on the bottom spreadsheet for our walking stats. It allows the entry of not only the days of the week, but the dates and really helps in the recording of the stats. Perhaps I just like it because it's snazzy, but I've been doing it for months...so when you create November, please use one of the previous months if you don't mind and keep that extra black line for dates...thank you SO MUCH for all that you do.

The spreadsheets really are awesome and from someone who works with those stupid things five days a week, I KNOW what a pain they can be with all the formatting and formulas...you ROCK in my book!

done! Maybe she could change her weigh-in day to earlier in the week, and then if it's late it can still count in the tallies. It isn't necessary, but it might work better for her if she tends to go to the farm on the weekends.

I'm doing some revisions for next month, and this could easily be one of them! And thanks - I actually like the things... And I don't like chocolate. There is seriously something wrong with me!

    OK TEAM
I HAVE TRIED THIS AND I LIKE IT.... I DON'T UNDERSTAND JESSICA'S THING BUT SALLY CAN TEACH ME WHAT SHE MEANS. SOMETHING ABOUT THE DATE , BUT SALLY WILL CLUE ME IN.
I WOULD LIKE THIS INCORPORATED IN THE SPREAD SHEETS. IT'S JUST GOT TO MAKE IT EASIER ON THE CAPTAINS AND WE DON'T HAVE TO KEEP ASKING FOR IT BE SHRUNK.
THANKS @jugar AND @Fitness327wk FOR MAKING THESE SPREAD SHEETS WORK SMARTER NOT HARDER,

I asked that same question today but haven't heard back...I know she goes to the farm several days a week, but it seems to me it changes and isn't always the same...I'll let you know what she says.
