Yoga for Osteoporosis - Dr. Fishman

Hi,
I thought I'd see if anyone does Dr. Fishman's 12 minute yoga routine and how often? I'm cyclical, better some weeks than others. Also trying to get a bit better with resistance bands. Anyone else have any routines they try to follow?

    I started his yoga 12 moves a few months ago. I usually do it 5 or 6 times a week. I also started to do resistance bands a couple times a week. I use YouTube videos

    Thanks for the reply, yoga fell to the wayside for awhile, but I'm back to it, now I'd like to keep bones while dropping a little bit of weight or I should say "fat-inches" as muscle does turn into , so a new challenge to attempt! Hope all are doing well in their life journey!
