    So I'm MIA or to be accurate in non action currently as life is beyond busy and I'm now going to be away until end of November however my intention is to eat well while we are away (Keto if poss and as we are heading towards Argentina and Chile at least I should manage a steak or two!) I'm unlikely to post but I will post the November Challenge and I will Post and join in the December one no matter what weight I've managed to gain....... Good luck to all

    Starting weight on Jan 2, 2019: 193.4
    Lowest weight in 2019 so far: 183.6 (Monday, July 22nd)

    Short-Term Goal:
    GET OUT OF THE 80's by the end of 2019!
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 145


    OCTOBER:

    01: 187.4 Vacation started end of Sept.
    08: Unknown. On vacation & cheating HARD.
    15:195.2 Yep the bloat is real. But I’m back on track and determined. This was the first major and extended (linger than 2 weeks) cheat that I’ve done since starting Keto 17 months ago. So I’m not too worried. The water will go this week I’m sure.

    Really hitting a plateau and just hovering around 150-151 lbs for several weeks. I still have 15 pounds to go, but the scale isn’t budging. I’ve been doing a little reading on carb cycling and may try incorporating some of those ideas in the next couple of weeks.

    First time with Keto. Started Sunday, looking for motivation and help moving forward!

    HW: (I think that means heaviest weight) 195 lbs

    10/06: 183.6 lbs (-3.4 lbs) Not the big week I was hoping for but it's a start!!
    10/13: 180.4 (-3.2 lbs) an out her 3 lbs week! Yay!!
    10/20: 180.4 lbs (0,0 lbs). Anyone else have weeks where they don’t loose weight?

    Hi everyone!

    So I’ve not posted an actual comment on here in a long time. I’m back after my longest-ever break from Keto (5 weeks) and I’m doing a complete reboot; this means looking at myself and my goals differently. I’ve been counting down from a weight (210+) that I’ve not seen in over 16 months. It made me feel good to see that I’ve not returned to that weight since I left it back in May of 2018; but I realize that I’ve been unintentionally using my past success as an excuse to not try harder or do more to reach my goals.

    I’ve changed so much for the better (physiologically & physically) over this past year and now it’s time to get real. I need to realize where where I’m actually at and how long I’ve allowed myself to coast in past success. I’ve been plateaued between 185.2-188 for 9 months. It’s time to reset the goal clock, start where I am now and make some changes.

    Goals:
    GET OUT OF THE 80's by the end of 2019!
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 145

    Sometimes I gain or maintain. The trend over time is downward though.
