I'm not in winners circle but the big win for me this month was getting back on the Jiu Jitsu mats. Technique only for now but I'm hoping to be fully cleared by the end of November. Regular class does help me get into routine though and the warmup alone will get me fit again.
Exercise in not my hard part though and I need to be consistent with logging. This is easier with a routine for me (well as much as routine as my life allows when every week is different.)
Today's plan includes a morning run and evening Jiu Jitsu with many hours on the beach watching my beautiful baby elephant seal grow big and strong while keeping people away from him and his mom! To add to the weirdness lately, South Africa had a King Penguin pop out on the coast to the west of us. Apparently we really are the summer destination of choice this year!8 -

Happy Halloween...@Isirius...I love your picture. Very original...and all natural. You could make a good meal with all of those ingredients!
@RangerRickL I am happy to report I did exercise, keep track of calories and logged, as well. Am confident the calories I logged are over what I actually consumed. Breakfast today was simply a boiled egg with lunch being my low calorie cauliflower soup. I essentially had most all of my calories for the day available for dinner out. I had six different steamed vegetables for dinner (carrots, cabbage, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, summer squash and broccoli) with a small portion of pulled pork for dinner. No bread, no potato, no pasta or any starchy dishes. Dessert was a small piece of cake which I logged as 2 small pieces of cake...and I still have over 500 calories available to use. So, yes...
Yes X 3 for me today and Winner's Circle it is! Thanks to this group for giving me the incentive to pull this off last minute.6 -

For my records:Pass days used 3/3
I stuck to my plan today! I had originally planned a pass day today, but once I used all three I made a plan that allowed me to have a little of everything I wanted.4 -
3 x’s yes!
It was a rain day so I got to go to aerobics this morning, it’s been over 2 months since I went to this class. Had a blast- wore my Halloween costume. FYI 80’s workout gear isn’t breathable and leg warmers make you like a hundred degrees hotter. Totally understand “sweating to the oldies”

Yes for all 3 today! And that's a wrap for October!
Btw @RangerRickL my username ends in 917 but I think the last two days you've been tagging someone else who ends in 912 ... maybe they'll join us in November1 -
Looks like I'm in the winner's circle this month.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, about 90 minutes between the gym and outside. A huge storm moved through the area today (tornado watch and flash floods), so I mostly exercised indoors. My town rescheduled Halloween for Saturday, Nov. 2.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes1 -
Happy Halloween! Welcome to the opening of Eating Season!
My office building goes crazy at Halloween with candy and treats everywhere for days. This year I was determined not to fall into the corporate calorie frenzy. (as I have every year before...) I came up with a brilliant plan and made my biometrics blood testing appointment for tomorrow morning. It worked! Not a bite of junk has passed these lips.
Super pics! @lalabank & @lrsirius
Exercise - not much
Calories - yes
Tracking - compulsive.
2 out of 3 is not bad. I still have a most of a week before I am good to really exercise. Until then I can slow-walk. Yawn.
See you all in November!

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!3 -
Yes x3 today even with some Halloween candy.
Since I started on Sept 22 I've lost 9lbs, feeling so motivated to keep going3 -
@lalabank what a great photo! You guys look goooood, and your house does too!
Congrats again to all those who made it to the Winners Circle! Fantastic job!
Yes x 3 for me today. Didn't even bat an eye at those halloween treats.
Finishing out October on a great note personally. I had 4 pass days but I'm still down another pound on the scale and an improvement in bf% (can't give you an exact number because it slides around and I haven't figured it out totally, but there's a downward trend and that's what counts).4 -
Yes x 31

No x 3
I didn't exercise and I ate at least 1,000 in candy.
My wife didn't bat an eye at it.
Congratulations to the winners.Buddy and his siblings came over to trick or treat.
Heh! They were all dressed as soccer players.
Buddy was laughing, laughing, laughing.
He only walks when he has someone to help with his balance. With his Mom as helper he was walking all over the place just laughing. He was telling his mom and siblings, "this is my happy place!"
He took them to the dining table and in his one word vocabulary "this is where Grandpa Bob gives me my favorite food."
He took them to the kitchen stove, "This is where Grandpa cooks it for me."
He took them to the living room, "this is where we wrestle and play."
Exuberant expression of joy.
My wife's interpretation.
"He really loves you."
A day to remember.2
