Exercise: Y.....21K steps including a trip to the Y in the snowstorm this evening.
Calories: Y.... ended up with about a 23 hr fast today sitting at around 600 right now after the salad. May eat a bit more before bed, but won’t challenge my limit.
Tracked: Y ....Yes there really wasn’t much to track today.
Kind of a sad day for me ...had to put my dog down this afternoon. He was a good companion for the last 12+ years....I’m going to miss him.
On a lighter note today was weigh day for me and the scale said I have dropped 5 pounds since November 1st.....hey there might be something to this exercise, calorie limits, and tracking everything.5 -

Biked to and from the gym for about 25-30 min each way. Today for class we jogged down the block to a local school and used their front steps, ledges, and railings to set up an obstacle course! Then went back to the gym and did squats, jumps, and semi pull ups. I'm very weak on the arm strength so am excited to improve that!
Came home and snacked on some (weighed) cheese while roasting some squash and chicken thighs.3 -
Yes x3 but a struggle again today. Haven’t been feeling well and not getting enough sleep, but I’m too darn stubborn to use a pass day just yet if I can muddle through and reach all 3 goals! I do feel like I’ve had a bit more energy lately though with eating better and exercising daily.3

@Impala007 So very sorry for the loss of your small animal companion. Pleased though you at least recognized a positive aspect to your day today. Weight loss doesn't compensate for the loss of your dog...but at least there was something about the day that was inspiring for you.2

Another good day for me. Rehab session and nipped to gym in the afternoon to do my physio stuff. Moved up in weight for a batch of the exercises!!!!
Many hours at the beach in the wind today as I'm in charge of the seal watch team this week. When I got home and realised it was only Monday I was very tired so supper was a smoothie only. Better choice than stopping for take out!
Only 2 more weeks of work before I get a break...2 -
