I tried search but did not find any detail on those doing Keto.
I am now 2 months doing Keto, and am taking electrolytes vitamin D and Fish Oil supplements.
But still getting dry eyes. I really notice it late in day and early evening.
Any advise?

I did notice a bit of this myself also. Not sure if it's Keto related or not. My eye doctor suggested a hot cloth or compress over my eyes for about 15 minutes in order to release some of the oils out of the corner of my eyes. I did buy the special little warm eye mask they had at the clinic but I'm sure a warm wet facecloth would work the same. They also sell eye drops for dry eye but I haven't had to use those yet.1

Very low carb diets can throw off your body's ability to make mucus (which includes tears for your eyes). I had that problem initially, it seems to have cleared up. You may try increasing your carbs just a little and see if it helps.1

Genteal brand OTC eye drops really helped my dry eyes. Use at bedtime as it's so thick it burns vision. Recommended to me by my optometrist.1
