5 & 8 lbs just repp`d me to death lol !

Wow ! I just did her Upper & Lower pyramid today & even though I used 5, 8 & 10 lbs, . My arms burnt worse than using 15 or 20 lbs for curls....amazing, how such light weights with LOTS of reps makes 5 lbs feel like 20, . Anyone else have good results with this one ?

    Haven't tried using lighter weights, but love pyramids!!

    I did upper yesterday for the first time. I can feel it today! I like Slow and Heavy better, but I'll try it again.

    I absolutely love that dvd! I have done lighter weights and heavier to mix it up and it has always worked wonders!
