Yesterday, our team mates reported their Non Scale Victories.
If you have not read all of the posts, you missed inspiring messages like this one:
"My victory is that I have no used any of my pass days yet. Although it's been a tough month, busy with work (as exciting as the work is), I've been able to make my choices fit within the limits and get in some form of movement every day. Including today.
Started late again and went for a run. Runs at home mean hills but I ran nearly all of the 30 minutes! Did have to rest for an hour afterwards. Shopping day to get my next months groceries etc sorted (I get paid on the 15th) and bought some awesome healthy stuff. Then sushi for lunch with my friend!
I'm pondering a pass day tomorrow and was planning to buy sweets for it but then the shop didn't have anything that appealed so I may not actually do it." Thanks, @Dory_42
and this one:
"NSV- I was able to walk up a sleep hill and was not way out of breath like I used to be." Thanks, @stella7x78 -
Look up at the post above...

@RangerRickL Thanks for featuring me.
I did take my pass day. Total rest day, no tracking, eating sweets on the couch with series and then looking after my minions (nieces and nephew) while their parents celebrate 17 years of marriage. Occasional days like this are good for my emotional wellbeing and I've had a good 15 day run to allow me to take a me day.
Already have everything ready to do my mealprep tomorrow and stay on track without my treat day derailing me!9 -
Thank you everyone for the NSV posts. It's encouraging and motivation to go in and read all of them.
This month has been a very busy month of me. Started a trip at 5am on November 1 . It's been one trip or the other and work and work and work.
My NSV is that even though it's been this tough, and I have not been able to login as I will have liked to. But, I am impressed with myself for the way I have made up my mind to track even if it means on a sheet of paper. Transfer to MFP whenever I can. Also excuse myself for a workout even for 20 minutes. The result is very encouraging. I have written my experience down for a reminder and encouragement that I can do it.8 -

I missed the NSV yesterday, wasn’t sure what that meant, but got it now This has been a really tough month for me, lots of activity and continued kcal restriction, but almost no weight loss. It’s so frustrating to have so much weight to lose, work this hard, and not see a loss on the scale... but I’m sure it will come at some point.
My NSV would be benching a new weight amount. I was surprised when my trainer said how much it was... it was nice to feel that I thought I could do more and feel confident it will increase in the coming weeks6 -

Went up to the city and visited the market. Decided to take a Pass day as I was trying out foods and had no idea what was in them, and couldn’t accurately track them.
I did do way over my 20 minutes of exercise, so that was a plus.

Yes x3, today was a busy family day with a Santa Claus parade and princess-related events I did no designated exercise but I'm comfortable calling walking with my family at these events enough, because lugging a 30lb toddler around for hours has got to count for something 🤷♀️
Congrats to all on your nsvs! My overall biggest one is the itch I feel to get to the gym, I feel like I'm missing something in my day when I don't go nowadays.
I also had a NSV this morning, I put on a shirt I have not worn since +12lbs ago, and was I shocked at how loose it was, as well as how much longer it was in the front. This is the first time I've noticed a major change in how my clothes fit.8 -

Working night shift tonight means i forgot to check in and had to put one in a couple hours late! Swapping from days to nights constantly makes me feel like I have to eat more to stay awake, but I’m trying to manage those temptations. It’s hard though!5 -
@Fallondafalcon My husband works a swing shift and it’s really challenging for his eating as well. It’s the switching back and forth that really throws in an extra challenge. Also getting to the gym can be hard.1
