Ugh...Damp and foggy this morning. Sometimes when it is like that, if you go up on the mountain you pop out into the sun above the fog.
Don't know if that was the case. My knee had zero ambition this morning.
It had a precise recollection of 49 minutes of spin class.
I used to be able to do more than that easy. Was that last year or years ago?
Feels good now though.
I will do something tomorrow though. Temp is supposed to be right at freezing.
Buddy is coming over so I have to get done early.
I think I am going to try to get Buddy to communicate a choice between pizza and his favorite pasta and cheese.3 -

My mom is visiting this weekend so it will be 3 pass days. It's possible I'd be ok on calories one or two of the days but part of my enjoyment of being with her and enjoying eating together is not tracking.
But I finally lost some weight (1.4 lb, or 0.4 from the start of Nov) and was well under for two days so I'm at least not going to lose too much ground over the weekend!1 -
Lost weight again! Found out that one serving of tortilla chips was only a bit less carb-wise than a whole healthy meal, which made my lunch and snacking decisions for today easy. My Fitbit has been acting wonky since yesterday, but I think I got in about 10,000 steps, and for certain exercised more than 20 minutes.
@lotta7e My Fitbit was acting oddly yesterday. Did yours just suddenly stop tracking steps and or heartrate?

Eating out is my arena of addiction. I’ve whacked it back before, and I will this time. It’s not healthy (the way I order) & it makes me feel less well than my usual foods. Eventually I will grow & master this.0
