Yesterday was my third pass day for the month, no exercise. Took my girls to see Frozen 2 and had a lovely day with my little ladies

Yesx3 and exercise was 1 mile walking dogs (that was a fiasco as weiner dog got out of his harness and scared Momma half to death running toward traffic) then I ran 5k (plus about 3/4 mile cool down walk home) then I put up 2 Christmas trees (not decorated but assembled).2
