Mushrooms and blue cheese

for 1 person:
1 tb spoon coconut oil
100 grs fresh mushrooms
30 grs parmesan cheese
30 grs blue cheese
1 egg
50 grs natural ham
garlic, salt, pepper

-pre heat a pan, add the coconut oil, garlic, salt and pepper,
-add the mushrooms in pieces and let it get dry in low fire.
-add the egg and mix it until it is cooked
- add the cheeses and ham

ready to go!
