I'm in need of motivation to lose weight (have been for about the last three years). So, I thought I'd go all in and join this group.
Just wondering, are any of the members of this group following a specific diet or are they using calorie control predominantly? I only ask as my wife is a SW advocate and all of our meals will be based around SW. It hasn't worked for me as my cravings are really strong and there is no portion control on SW.
Also, are any members of this group heavily into their exercise regimes? I'm trying to restart some exercise routine but the dark evenings and dark mornings require extra motivation, which I've been lacking.

Hi, I am just about to start. I will be trying the ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting. Fingers cross it will work. I will also be working out in the mornings at home before work for at least an hour1
