I’m posting this to open the November 30 discussion posts.
The dark handsome guy in the photo is a male howler monkey who is protecting his family group by keeping a watchful eye on me and my wife.
We got this photo on our trip back from the Caribbean coast. We are back in the volcanic mountain range that runs the length of this amazing country.
Tomorrow morning, I’ll do a post that lists all of you who have let us know you are in the Winner’s Circle.

I am so happy to see that so many of our team members had a great month. There are lots of you who had a great month, even though you may not be in the Winner's Circle. That is the power of good habits. You don't have to be perfect, rather, you do have to be persistent and consistent with the healthy habits upon which this group is founded.

Not the greatest day but all my food is logged and under my limit and I got a 30 minute run in on hills. I ran 25:30 of the 30 which was good.
It's good to be in the winners circle and I will be pushing to stay there next month.4 -
Lost a significant amount of weight since I started participating in this group. So excited to see how much I can take off next month, and then in 2020!5

Exercise: Yes, walked for two hours. I didn't intend to do so much, but I got hopelessly lost on the way back from the Chagall museum here in Nice, so I did 45 minutes instead of 15!
Calories: Yes, stayed under budget, by eating in a wonderful Japanese - Mediterranean fish restaurant. Had a big breakfast in the hotel but skipped lunch.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.
Back home tomorrow on 7am train.5 -

I am making great progress on my 2019 goals.
🔹 Dropped into the 140s several times this last week, despite restarting serious strength workouts.
🔹 made it into the Winners Circle this month. 😁
🔹 consistent physio has improved my knee problem (inflamed minor meniscus)

Congrats to everyone in the winner’s circle! I started way late, so I’m hoping to maybe make it next month.
Yesterday: 3 yes - no meditation
Today: 2 yes, I will most likely go over during dinner out with a friend tonight. No meditation yet.3 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a dog walk for 30 minutes, and then about 2 hours cleaning up my yard after a big storm this week (raking and bagging leaves and collecting branches)
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes. Successfully walked past the mountains of cookies and brownies in the break room at work.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

Pass Day #3 for me as we celebrated a holiday gathering and meal with our younger son and his family today. No counting, no tracking...and exercise was just a couple of short walks with Annie today.2 -
Yesx3! Exercise today was walking dogs 1.6 miles then over 4 miles with hubby.
Only used 1 pass day back on November 2 when we went to amusement park!
Lost 8lbs in November!!!4 -

Woohoo! Winner's circle this month almost didnt make it today, felt like eating everything in sight but we made it through in the 2 months I've been a part of this group I've lost 14.4 lbs, was hoping to hit 15 but hey, pretty close.

Calories: Y Way under 867/1800 ...didn’t eat until 5 today so it was only one meal.

Well today was another weigh day. The other challenge I’m in is ending. My final weight goal was 215 and I came in at 213. This puts me at 43.4 pounds lost in 83 days. I joined this challenge because I knew I would need the daily accountability during the last month to meet an aggressive goal. I’m fairly certain it wouldn’t have happened without being here. I have joined the successor to the other challenge to lose another 20. Success there should put me just about where I want to be ...just under the “overweight “ category according to the charts. Here’s to a strong finish to the year to all the UAC members out there!!

@yellobird13 I like that you mention whether you meditated or not. I meditate, too, both sitting and walking meditation. I think in December I'll follow your example and post whether I meditated that day.
