This is the place to:
1. Let us know when you will be on vacation or absent for some reason.
2. Share feedback and ideas as you think of them.
It is very important to let us know ahead of time if you are going to miss a weigh-in or the mandatory classroom activities, as recurring lack of participation can get you expelled.
