I did my exercise early today, and I liked it so much that I've decided to start doing it at the same time every day instead of procrastinating.

@99Bella99 - Good job! I always feel so empowered when I get tempted but then stick to what I know is a better choice.

I have to catch up on checking in today!

    Dec 6
Pass day! Stayed with calories and tracked but didn't excerise.

    Dec 7
Another pass day... Yikes! Excerised twice, went to a 60 minute pump class and then an 8 km walk outside with my dad. Tracked calories (loosly, didn't weigh some food today) and went over by almost 900!!! It was my son's 5th birthday and I indulged in cake, pizza and wine! It was a fun time though.

Yes x3. Strength training. Got a little snacky this evening but stayed within calories. A favorite snack lately is roasted pecans and dates. So yummy! But those calories can add up fast if I don’t portion them out. High cal but certainly a better option than leftover Halloween candy.

Was able to fix my mfp/Fitbit tracking issue. Realized I hadn't set Fitbit as my steps tracker in mfp even though I had linked the two. Now I'm all set and linked both ways. Walking 45 min each way to and from church this morning was great exercise!

I had a pretty sedentary day. Went to church, did a quick grocery run, cooked lunch, and did several loads of laundry....but also napped and felt I hadn't done anything aerobic for sure as I didn't even walk my dogs today.

Was just about to give up and post pass day 4 when I decided to put away the last load of laundry one piece at a time! That took 13 min walking back and forth in the house, then I spent a few nights just moving about the bedroom and also unmade the bed. I was up to 18 min then and decided to go clean the guest bath real we quick. So I feel I accomplished 20 min steady exercise per the rules.

    Exercise: barely but yes
Calories: 1500. I wish I'd burned more but weekly net is still good so it's fine
