I feel like we’re in a rut, always eating the same few meals so I thought I’d look for some inspiration. What are your favourite keto recipes?

I have only been doing this for a few weeks but I love Gnom Gnom Yum. She has great recipients on her site. She has a keto tortilla recipe that is very versatile and a really good keto egg nog recipe.

This is in heavy rotation at our house! Having it tonight! :p

I modify it to be more keto friendly. See below for my edits. It makes eight nice sized slices that keep well in the fridge for reheating. I slice them up and put them in tin foil. Reheat in toaster oven.

Two pounds of ground turkey or ground chicken
8 oz button mushrooms (I use a 10 oz package)
1 clove garlic, minced (I use two, plus some garlic powder)
10 oz box frozen spinach, thawed
    4 large eggs (I use 6 eggs)
1 cup milk (I use a 1/4 cup of half and half or I leave out completely)
2 oz feta cheese (I buy a plastic container of Crumbled Feta at my Trader Joe's and use the whole thing) Sorry I don't have the amount.
1/4 cup Parmesan, grated (I usually leave out)
    1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
    Salt and pepper to taste

I've only been on keto ten days, but am amazed at how many recipes I've found to help reach my goals. Following are what I've cooked in the past ten days:

Beef and sausage with parmesan meatballs
Cauliflower, sausage, chicken, and parmesan creamed soup (heavy cream)
Broccoli/spinach and cheddar creamed (real cream) soup
    Creamed (real cream) mushroom soup

Note: all of the soups are cooked with carmelized onions and garlic

Slow-cooked roast beef with sauteed butter mushrooms
Szechuan beef with green beans (my favorite to date)
Egg foo yung with sesame oil

I really love Asian food and can't wait to try out some other recipes. I know I'll have to substitute soy sauce with coconut aminos, but it's worth it.

I can't believe I get to eat all these things I've been avoiding while trying to be mostly vegetarian. I've lost 7 pounds in ten days and don't get the late night hunger that used to plague me.

Good luck to all of us!

Some favorites I have made recently:

https://www.eazypeazymealz.com/skillet-creamy-tuscan-chicken/ (can reduce sundried tomatoes to save on carbs)

    https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/247066/parmesan-crusted-pork-chops/

https://www.wholesomeyum.com/recipes/no-bake-key-lime-pie/ (needs to set longer than listed. best to make day before)

spaghetti squash topped with crushed tomatoes, basil, sauteed mushrooms, and sausage (add shredded cheese to really punch this up)

tacos using romaine or butter lettuce instead of taco shells (or ezekiel wraps, if ok with a few carbs)

Oh also forgot to mention my favorite side, which is basically any veggie (broccoli, brussel sprouts, zucchini, asparagus) tossed in butter, avocado, or olive oil and a healthy dose of parmesan (think like at least a 1/4 cup for 3 servings) then bake around 12-15 min at 350ish. Pretty flexible for temp, depending on whatever else is in the oven. 300, 325, or even 400 but dont bake longer than 10 min if set that high.

Kids and husband eat the veggies like it's the main course when I make this, and it's so so so easy.

I haven’t started keto yet but I’ve tested a few recipes
Mushroom and beef sautéed in butter with garlic then added this sauce ( tbsp of soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil) very yummy
I also like eggplants with ground beef
