    As posted today. Today is part of a journey, not the destination. Things WILL eventually get better (though at times I find it hard to believe - but depression does distort your thinking this way). I will continue to "press on".

    Tracked stayed under spin 24 minutes and I too got the clean the car off of all the snow workout ❄️❄️😂😂

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a 60 minute Align and Define Yoga class in the morning, then a 60 minute Gentle Hatha Yoga class, followed by a 60 minute Pilates Reformer class this evening. Anything Pilates is my favorite!!

    Exercise >20 minutes: Yes. 120 minutes elliptical.
    Within kcal (<1800): Yes. 1167 kcal. A little low, but have to fast for an appt tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing if any stats changed, other than weight loss (which is good too of course :) )

    Another good day here and still only one PASS day so far. I almost don't care if I make it because worst case scenario............I'll take four PASS days. For the month of December I'm happy with that and I haven't gained even an ounce so the accountability is working!

    Exercise: Yes 35 minutes at PT for my hip including goblet squats, step-ups, banded bridges and clams..............good day!

    Calories: Yes since I haven't been burning as many calories as I normally do while injured, I've been under about 300 calories every day

    Logged: Yes, absolutely

    Nope, not today. 1x3 - No exercise and went over my calories, but not by much. I did track.

    I had a rocky day to start because of unconscious snacking early but I turned it around somehow and then sealed the x3 with 45 minutes of exercise.
    Comfortably in the deficit.
