    Yes 3x’s. One hour of kickboxing and lots of shoveling. Good on calories.

    Not every day can be our best day, some times the best I can do is to get through it and remind myself that tomorrow starts new.
    “Tomorrow is a new day” sounded so trite when I was younger. Probably because it’s so simple and so true.

    Happiness and joy are very, very important. But for my daily mood I feel best with peace and contentment. Of course we need a little bit of low spirits and conflict to remind us to keep growing and striving to do better.
    I wish a day of peace to all of my fellow UAC members.
