    January is just around the corner. Since the Christmas, Hannukah and other holidays are in our face, we are not yet thinking about January 2020.

    Saw the movie "Knives Out" today. Definitely recommend.

    Went there to see "Ford v Ferrari" but the projector was broken so we had to go with our 2nd pick. It's funny, during F1 season, I start getting burned out on racing, but a month later and I was so excited about a racing film. Oh well, Dakar Rally starts soon!

    We had 24 family members at our home for a big holiday dinner. No excuses and no regrets.
    Pass Day.
    @am_change January is the month of new year's resolutions which is quickly followed by resolution-abandonment. 25% of those who sign up in January never post more than one time. 50% are gone by the 15th. You don't have to wade through the posts for too many days.
    Its the same at health clubs too. Big surge in January and 90% of newbies are done by February 1.

    Yes x3 today, 1hr on treadmill.
    Today marks 3 months since I started taking myself more seriously and I'm sitting at a total of 17.7 lb weight loss in those 3 months :) will be joining January's group for sure!

    I took my 2nd pass day because we had our big family Christmas party here. I really didn't eat that much but did have a couple of mimosas. Too much snack type foods to really track but my weight didn't go up so I guess I did alright.

    Back to more normal fare today and also a PT appointment so I should be able to stay on track. Not sure about Christmas Eve and Christmas but I'll try to track Christmas Eve and see how I do. I'm doing the cooking so it's easier to track.

    Hope you all enjoyed a nice weekend and are looking forward to Christmas!
