    So sorry about your cough.

Ronan has pneumonia. Sara and Pete took him into emergency this morning. The doc put him on amoxicillin, a breathing treatment, Tylenol and ibuprofen, and a steroid to help with his breathing. They will take him in tomorrow morning so the doc can check his progress. Poor little guy. She is totally stressed, too. She also caught pink eye somewhere. She has this whole week off, so that's a good thing.

Ronan is on the right track according to the doc. The kids will keep with the same plan. His levels are normal in light of the pneumonia. He should be back to normal in a week. Lots of rest and water. Man! So glad they took him into emergency.

I walked around our block three different times today. I feel good about it. I workout w/our trainer tomorrow then I might just go around the block again. Takes me about six mins. :D

Have a great New Year's Eve, my friends. I'll see you in 2020!!

Chris that sounds wonderful! So glad he is heading in the right direction. I would love to walk around our block. To much I've right now though.

    See you soon.

Happy New Year ladies! Started off January 1st right by getting to the gym and getting moving. Always love a good workout on the first day of the year. Hopefully we'll set the stage for a healthy 2020!

Got that first day of the year workout in...always helps to start the year off positively.

    Recumbent bike - 30 minutes

Chris - sending prayers and positive thoughts to you and your family. Glad to hear Ronan is feeling better and on the road to recovery.

Karen - I agree..let’s start out making good habits and keep them going.

Shelley - found a journal and plan to take it with me to Australia to maintain consistency. That’s what I’ve been missing the last few months.

Getting up now and headed to the bike to start the day right. Hope the rain holds off to get in tennis practice.

    Kathy

Sorry should have posted to January....
