Tell us about your accomplishments today or tell us how you plan to make it up for that 2000 calorie meal you just had . I want this to be a safe space for you to vent out your feelings while going through this journey .

Since I started this, I will enter the first entry. Today is day 2 since I started back on my fitness pal. I took a holiday break and gained 3lb yaks. But already I lost 1.7lb of water weight am sure. I usually do a strict daily 1300-1400 caloric restriction. But I started this year with 1620 calories. the goal is still 1400 but that leaves me extra room, just because in the beginning its so hard specially after eating everything and anything during the holidays. I even exercised yesterday. I feel good about this. There is this wedding next month I would like to loose 5-7lb by then. So I also use that to motivate myself.0
