Lets just be all honest and open though this process. My food journal is open to all. I was able to loose 20lb last year. A lot up and down. I am new to THM and wanting to give this 100%. I understand we don't have to count calories. I have embedded in my head that weight loss has to do with "calories in verses calories out"!!! How do you all feel about this?
