Lets just be all honest and open though this process. My food journal is open to all. I was able to loose 20lb last year. A lot up and down. And its easy to start, but after 2.5 weeks my motivation drops. This year I am determined to not play anymore games, and to reach my weight goal by April 18,2020. I am going to loose 20 lb and I am ready to put in the work as well. And yes that means exercising... I love the idea of exercising, but I usually quit after 1 day. So this is a big for me. So this morning I was 147lb. by April 18, I am going to be 128lb. Share your goals, talk about yourself, be real. Its all sparks and fire in the beginning until it gets hard to sick to the process and this is when this group will help.
