I am new to THM and wanting to give this 100%. I understand we don't have to count calories. I have embedded in my head that weight loss has to do with "calories in verses calories out"!!! How do you all feel about this?

Hi, to me weight loss is all about calories in and calories out. I don’t count anything else but calories. Let say that depending on your weight and height my fitness pal sets you at for 1600 daily calories . You will eventually be forced to eat healthy low calorie vegetables, salads and low calorie meat and cut out juices and junk food. For example I had to start eating my salad with just 1/2 table spoon of olive oil because the salad dressing had to much calories. I would eat cod fish over tilapia because cod has less calories. The key to it is to be detailed and enter everything you eat - so it calculate your calories as accurately as possible . I’ve been on this app for over 5 years now . That is the only thing that works for me. But you have to stick to it .0
