I flew from Phoenix, Arizona to Burbank, CA which is the home of Warner Bro’s. Motion Pictures.
As I looked around, I saw this fun food truck.
I’m involved in a guardianship case in CA in which a professional ring of scammers has not only stolen at least $200,000 from a senior citizen but she is now “in love” with her Romeo scammer

Wow, that's quite a tricky one. One of my Sushi Sisterhood friend's is an advocate and she gets some crazy cases as well.

@RangerRickL What a crazy situation! It's sad to see so many people trying to take advantage of those who are an easy target. My parents are both in their 80's and I'm always surprised by the things they fall for. Age and all this new technology confuses them. Glad you are there to try and help this individual. Thanks for all the pics lately!7

I achieved all 3 goals today although I'm a bit below what I need on the calorie side and low on energy as a result, but too tired to do anything about it. I'll do better tomorrow.
Exercise was 2 walks of about 25 minutes each as I dropped my car off to get the oil leak sorted and walked to work from there and then back later.
Star wars again tonight with my friend and it was still good. Her daughter had decided she isn't into the geeky stuff anymore so wasn't given the option of joining us. Teenager starting high School next week so all about image at the moment but after 6 weeks of holiday with two girls 14 and 12 and a boy who is nearly 4, mom needed some adult only time! Dad took the kids shopping and to play tennis.9 -

Exercise was a 6 am walk/run in balmy weather. Tracked everything and am under by 3kcal (my goal is to eat to my limit every day). Dinner was half a pizza and 2 oz of beer. More would have pushed me over the limit. Luckily my boyfriend is happy to share.

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes. I usually just put 1000 calories for the meal because I'm not sure what's in all the dishes, but today I tried to track everything. I came up with a similar figure.

I'm a normal weight and in maintenance. I'm okay with a meal like this once in a while, just not every week.7 -

I’m going to have to call it a pass day! Made a choice to indulge in the last of one of my favorite Christmas squares my mil left in the freezer. It was delicious but put me over calories for the day. No worries.
Lower body strength. Barbell deadlifts bothered my tailbone injury so I had to stick to lighter dumbbell deadlifts.
I picked up my sister and her husband from the airport tonite, returning from a 2 week vacation in Mexico. Quite a shock to their system to drop 60 degrees in temperature! Dreaming of a winter escape as friends plan their Hawaiian getaway... not in the cards for this gal this year. I’ll just have to bundle up for the next 6 months until we get some sunshine and warmth of our own!6 -

@RangerRickL, sounds like a very challenging case. I went through something similar with my sister who was dying from throat cancer and I was able to bale her out but OMG, it was so stressful. Luckily, the little bit of money she still had after it was all said and done went to her stepson and grandson. I have a very serious HATE for people who take advantage and scam our most vulnerable citizens out of their last resources. I'm 69 and actually receive all sorts of crazy calls trying to force us into parting with our money but luckily I'm wise to their games.

Exercise: Yes, I woke up with vertigo again so it was a tough day but I managed about 40 minutes (5 to 10 minutes at a time) of hip therapy and epley maneuver for vertigo. Also cleaned house and did laundry when I could............LOL

I work in banking fraud. I see love scams often. It is hard to convince the victim that they are a victim. The thing is in most cases they never meet the lover. They are set up with a 3rd party to move money. A Mule.
