Long walk today. Cooler temperatures and no smoke haze. Ideal for walking.
Really needed the walk today. Was feeling drained and anhedonistic (usual activities I do to feel better not working).
Last night daughter had another emotional crisis. Fortunately, my wife and I managed to deal with it. Nothing as severe as what Rick has had to deal with with his Aunt and the scammers, but still challenging especially given the frequency of the occurrences.10 -

This was a rough week on the road. Work stress, little sleep, poor food choices -- and the pizza and beer for dinner last night when I went out with the wife have all resulted in my feeling toxic this morning.
Today is a day for water and a long walk in the unseasonably warm temperatures. Tomorrow, I re-set. While I am out of the competition for the Golden Circle (or whatever it is called), I can still commit to having a good next week.10 -

Yes x 3. Just about managed the exercise. Really pleased with my food choices. I was at a children's party and could easily have accepted some of the treats offered to be polite which knowing me would have escalated into an "well as I've gone over my calories already so what's the harm in one more" attitude, but I said no to the first and then it was easy to continue to say no about 5 more times.7

Not feeling well today. I thought it was lack of sleep but I think I have a fever & stomach cramps. Hopefully it is something that passes fast. I am plan to close all my rings everyday this month. Getting sick puts a damper on exercise5 -

Can someone check my math?
What %s do you get for carb = 127 g, fat = 50 g, and protein = 137 g, where total calories is 1481? Something seems to not be adding up right for me, and I can't figure out why.
The equation I'm using for carbs is Carb % = (carb g * 4) / total calories for day * 100. Similar for protein, replace 4 with 9 for fat.

Uggghhhh, I was dizzy until noon but eventually got around to my hip therapy including goblet squats, RDL's, step-ups and lots of other delightful stuff.
If it wasn't for this group I probably wouldn't have done that so thanks for this challenge!

The Sweet taste buds were not so jealous today and they were more behaved.
Plenty of exercise and I was well in the budget. I feel energized and I was not hungry for some reason. (It must be because its the weekend! 😊)
Macros were a lot better today than yesterday
Pass days used: none so far, but tomorrow is another day.

I told myself I was going to track calories today, and it just didn't happen. However I need to develop the habit of posting in the UAC again, so this is today's post. Since I am joining so late in the month, I think it's only fair for me to be disqualified for this month.
