Exercise? Yes, 30 minutes.
Within my calorie goal? Absolutely.
Tracked everything? Oh yeah!
I tried something different today for exercise and my knees are very mad at me. Tomorrow will be interesting.5 -
Pass day 1. I went to a new restaurant for 2 tacos, but was hungry, so had the chips. The chips weren’t amazing & the pork was greasy; so definitely not worth going off my planned food. Good lesson.7

Yes x3. Exercise was 1.5 mile dog walk and 5k run. And tons of "spring cleaning".6

I’m signing in early because I’m so tired.
I flew into & out from Burbank-Hollywood airport. It’s so nice and small compared to the horrible LAX.
Preliminary hearing for guardianship was approved with a full trial scheduled for February 20, 2020. Public defender appointed to represent my Aunt is very reasonable and he was excellent with my Aunt. It’s his job to make sure that I am not one of the bad guys.
All financial accounts are frozen but I can hire a forensic accountant to ferret out the extent of loss. Nothing will be recovered. The worst part of it is that my Aunt is just like a bad kid who can’t wait to get back to the bad kids.
I had a UAC 3 yes day8 -
pass number 2
I ate all them leftover meatballs. 30 cals each but I lost count.
That is on top of two beers and two miniatures.
Not exactly a binge but it all adds up and I didn't do the adding of it.
I don't think my wife will buy them meatballs again.
She say she don't like them.
(diet begins in the grocery store.)7 -

I was proud that I logged everything, even though I knew I was going to be over on my cals. Hubby has lost over 12 lbs since Dec 1, and he's motivating me.4 -

I flew from Phoenix, Arizona to Burbank, CA which is the home of Warner Bro’s. Motion Pictures.
As I looked around, I saw this fun food truck.
I’m involved in a guardianship case in CA in which a professional ring of scammers has not only stolen at least $200,000 from a senior citizen but she is now “in love” with her Romeo scammer
I hope your day is less crazy!
Oh boy! Scammers are the lowest! About 3 years ago my dad almost got scammed out of $300, but we were able to catch it in time and stop him from wiring the money. Actually the lady at the grocery store who wires the money was suspicious so she held off on sending it through, thankfully.3 -
Planned pass day. I had a celebratory dinner, and didn't want to count the calories. Ordinarily, when I plan a pass day, I pork out all day. But now, I feel so good, that I stayed within my usual healthy limits all day, except for some jelly beans, then allowed myself a cocktail, wine and nice dinner. Back on track tomorrow.
