@craigo3154, thanks for the encouragement. I've been here since September of 2013 but for some reason I'm just now feeling like I'm not doing my best. I appreciate the support!
I'm not really worried about being in the Winner's Circle, I guess I'm just worried about giving up on myself for the first time in almost 7 years...............I won't though! I need to be the oldest woman at the gym every morning............LOL6 -
@lalabank, thanks so much for the kind words. I don't often ask for help but this group is so supportive and I really appreciate it! I'll stick around even if I don't get to the finish line...LOL3

Still here. Empathise with you, @fitlulu4150. I already have half a dozen Pass Days, and I'm desperately trying to keep hanging in there until the end of the month and start again with a fresh slate next month. I often have to kick myself into doing exercise and track my calories.
Yesterday, 16th January:
Exercise: Yes, 45 minute Stretching class, 60 minutes walking. 40 minutes of this was to my Play Reading group, which is always fun and very good for my mental health.
Calories: Yes, under, even without exercise calories.
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.
Yoga class this morning and classical concert tonight.3 -

Calories: under
Exercise: Yes
Water - ounces - not enough
HIIT strength - 32 minutes, 9 holes golf - friends wanted cart so cart it was. Truth be told, I needed the cart today.
@gore_melinda - when my kids were young I worked so much. I wanted to be with them when not working. So Wii and other things with them was the norm. It seems to have taught them to be active. So good for you. Keep up the good work.
@fitlulu4150 - I know how depressing a chronic illness is. I know how sometimes you want to do so much but your body just says no. I know I will sometimes have months with many many passes. I do what I can when I can. That is all I can do. I’m hoping your days get better. Please hang in there.4 -
@fitlulu4150 We are right here with you! Just keep putting one foot in front of the other. No need to worry about the Winner's Circle.5

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!3 -
I didn’t get a chance to exercise during the day and after putting the kids to bed I was SO exhausted. This group pushed me to get in 20 minutes of Pilates on my Kurdish rug next to my bed so that I could crawl under my warm covers able to say yes x3 for the day.4

I am still out of whack
But did manage a little exercise. It's snowing. Didn't get out of the house until I decided that not really that cold even snowing.
So I walked to the department store and the gym.
Sat on a spin bike for nothing like the duration of my usual outside ride.
People say active recovery. Yup that's the ticket. I claim that.
Heh, I can spin to this.

13k steps (partly because I was out late last night so got a bunch before going to sleep haha). For parkour today we focused on arms and did lots of clinging to tops of walls and hanging upside down on bars while traversing the room without touching the floor4 -

Yes x 3, though barely. I've got a new schedule and it's being a struggle to figure out when to eat so that I'm not over hungry and binging at any given point.3
