I’ve been back in my office since Tuesday and finally I’m back in balance.
Exercise: literally stepped it up with a fast 4.2 mph treadmill walk, after an active stretch time

Went to a wonderful classical concert last night, buoyed my spirits.
Still slowly losing weight and centimetres. I now fit (albeit still tight!) into trousers I remember buying ten years ago and which I haven't worn for years and years. They still look new!4 -

I logged earlier that I was within my calorie budget but I ended up with a craving and had a late night snack which took me over my calorie budget. Therefore I will have to use pass day #2 for Friday 17th. 😆3

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a dog walk and some walking around as I shopped before a big snow. Didn't make it to the gym.

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
My problem: balancing exercise with a lot of other work I need to do, plus my need for sleep. I need more than 20 minutes of exercise to keep some my hypertension in check. The exercise seems to set the tone for my day.

rough day... 9 calories to spare - i was for sure i went over... this is what happens when i have a busy day at work. But i was successful by skipping the brownie and applesauce at lunch...

Exercise: yes. My b.f. & I went to a casino & we had tickets for a tournament in the evening. So was worried about my food, drink & exercise. However, we walked indoors for 50 minutes, I drank rum & diet (low calorie drink), & didn’t eat total junk.
