Well I am out. I used 3 pass days and and could not hold my limit the next day. I came very close this month and maybe next month I’ll be successful. I will continue to try to exercise, stay within my limit and track my food and drink.8

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, outside walking around the ice patches, two walks, one half an hour dog walk, the second an hour for myself. No interesting nature to see, just a few other half-frozen walkers bundled up to their eyes.

Lost a filling last week so today was the day to head to the dentist's chair. It's so ironic because one of the things they recommend with BPPV (the kind of vertigo I have) is not to go to the dentist because it can really throw you off balance with the position of the chair. I TOTALLY get it............I was crazy dizzy but luckily, it was a short appointment, and I decided to have my husband drive me in case I was dizzy afterwards............I'm so smart!
Exercise: Yes, did about 70 minutes at the gym lifting weights and another 10 at home doing Hip PT. I'm okay at the gym as long as I remain upright. I tried to do an incline bench press and nearly fell of the bench. I refuse to quit working out though.
Calories: Yes, low again but better numbers. I'm just having soup for dinner after the dentist
Logged: Yes, that's the easy part for me since I've been doing it for almost 7 years
Checking out a little early from California, but I'm worn out and heading to the couch to watch re-runs of Law and Order and crash!4 -

Following story is long, so you may want to skip!
I had a little NSV today (maybe not non-scale since it involved weight).
I was trying to use this benefit from my insurance that will get my asthma medicine free. (My insurance mostly sucks, so I will take any benefits I can.) Turned out it involved a long phone interview with a nurse. She asked about my entire medical history. She went down a rabbit hole concerning GERD, asking a ton of questions about diet, lifestyle, etc. Then she asked about my weight. I told her I am 5'3" and weigh 123 lbs.
"Oh...WOW ... that's really good ... WOW. Okay, so you don't have to lose any weight."
Dang, right!
Not a fun hour, but I met the requirements for the free asthma medicine.
Now if only they would cover my GERD medicine ... that stuff is $209 each month!6 -

My adult child and his new girlfriend flew down for the week. We went out to dinner tonight to celebrate his bday. I looked at the menu last night, picked a meal and planned my other meals around that. With my exercise calories included, seems all good. They leave tomorrow. Back to the gym and more strenuous exercise.6 -

Only one meal today after a good visit to the Y tonight. Made it easy for tracking and to stay under budget. Hopped on the scale today and was down another 2.2 although it took nearly 3 weeks to get there. The weight loss has slowed considerably, but still have a pretty good feeling about meeting my goal to be under 200 by my birthday. Just 2 more pounds to go and 3 weeks to get there. I know I would not be in this position if I had not joined this group last November. It has definitely kept me on the straight and narrow....and with that I say thanks to all of you here for helping me succeed!4 -
yes x3 though my fingers still feel cold from the bike ride!
