It’s pass 7, but not unhappy with today. Ate below maintenance and ate enough veggies. Too busy to exercise today, but tomorrow I’ll get back on track.5

Exercise: walking for 23 minutes

Exercise: Y 12K steps including 4.25 miles walk/run on the treadmill at the Y tonight.
Calories: Y 1539/1800+600 exercise calories
Tracked: Y
Only one meal today after a good visit to the Y tonight. Made it easy for tracking and to stay under budget. Hopped on the scale today and was down another 2.2 although it took nearly 3 weeks to get there. The weight loss has slowed considerably, but still have a pretty good feeling about meeting my goal to be under 200 by my birthday. Just 2 more pounds to go and 3 weeks to get there. I know I would not be in this position if I had not joined this group last November. It has definitely kept me on the straight and narrow....and with that I say thanks to all of you here for helping me succeed!4 -

Ended up with 500 exercise calories overall and only ate into them a little which was nice.3 -
