Yikes! My brother uses the Good Rx App for his medicine which brings the cost down by A LOT. You might want to check it out if you have not heard of it.3 -

I am glad I went over calories yesterday. I had the best night sleep. Unfortunately I don’t sleep as well when I am dieting. I am having a much lower calorie day today & I am closing my diary. I had planned to start an extended fast after lunch, but I didn’t eat breakfast so I pushed it to 3:30.5 -

I wonder if that's my problem! I wake up around 4 a.m. every.single.day!! I was able to go back to sleep yesterday morning and slept until 6 a.m.

@bonniehosk85. I had been waking up at around 4:00, sometimes 3:00 & often not able to go back to sleep. Last night I got a solid 8 hours & it felt so good!1

Pass day 8 today!! Having a few high stress days and hoping to get back on track soon. Like yesterday, today was not terrible, eating below maintenance, but after more than 12 hour workday, don’t have much energy left. I signed up for February!!7

Gained some weight overnight lol must have been my poor food choices hopefully will go away quickly.... stayed under today did 23 minutes of my knee pt stretches/exercises and logged all my food and water3

Exercise, yes a 54 minute walk with my girl Penny Lane. We tackled a couple of hills and she was able to rub noses with her boyfriend Max on the way home (he's a German Shepherd and they've been friends for about 5 years).
Calories, yes easily under by the calories of my walk, so about 300
Tracked, yes no problem there
I'm leaving for San Francisco Friday night about 5 pm and will be home again on Monday. I've saved 2 pass days for this trip so we'll see how that goes.
I was dizzy again today, most of the day, so I'm looking forward to the appointment with the ENT on Feb 3. I keep thinking the vertigo is gone but then it creeps back in...........very insidious!4 -

21st January
Pass day. I'm not doing too well on exercise, calories or logging, but I'm still posting and not crashing out. I also suffer from insomnia, 5 hours without waking up is pretty good for me. Just learned that GERD is an illness. I always thought it was just my liver responding to too much fat, like Full English Breakfast, I love it, but literally cannot stomach the bacon, or coffee or too many glasses of red wine. I had lengthy jaundice as a child, then bug-caused hepatitis after working in Spain, so I always thought it was just a weak liver. Now I find out it's a disease for which there is expensive medication, other than Rennies? @bold_rabbit and @LisaPower1236 -

Calories within goal: nope. My friend offered onion rings at dinner & naturally I said yes. Then tracked them later & found it was so not worth the calories. Plus, my stomach fells awful like a grease pit.

Usually I drink wine with dinner but I've started having my workout nights be non-drinking nights. This week they were back to back days so it was nice to have an alcohol break for two nights in a row. Gonna try to keep up the healthier habit on gym days.5 -

This week is the first time since November that I have been able to do “sweaty” exercise. It has felt great to have a real workout.
