Progress!

Hey friends,

Just wanted to share my progress so far with people who get it! I've just spent 2 weeks in a hotel in NYC and managed to stick to my low carb / keto plan using IF, and being creative with online food orders (yes, I do just want three portions of broccoli and a steak - haha!)

Here are before and after shots, the grey is the day we flew out, and red is before we flew back. I took these to measure progress without scales.

Hope you can see the difference. Scales when I got back say I've dropped 8.5 lbs in two weeks. Still going strong and loving it!
