Helllo droppers....
This week we will focus on what we drink that may be having a negative effect on the scale. You do not need to count smoothies or any juicing that you do for a meal replacement. However, I do feel that milk in cereal does count.
This is to focus on the naughty coffees, sugary drinks and my downfall - liquor. Let's see how many hidden calories are in what we drink.
I will have the teams split up tomorrow after everyone weighs in to be sure that my teams are even.
It's been hard to get motivated for me this week. I did get a call cancelling me for work this morning so I have a glorious free day. I'll do some homework and going to see a movie with my hubby. After I work tomorrow my schedule allows for 10 days off. Whoo hoooo. This is a movie theater restaurant with alcoholic beverages, ugh!!

57.1 kg.
I was sick for the past few days with low appetite, so we have to see about sustaining this. I don’t want a jump next week! Fingers crossed!
I use a body composition scale. I tried to upload the video of my body composition stats for the week. I don’t think it works! So I will just post them here:

Business.....
Teams are divided and I will probably assign team names. You can start a group chat thread; however, I find the group chats don't really take off. I would like to try a weekly group for us that has more goal setting and journaling on how the day or week is going so that we can all really motivate each other. Checking in is the key to the contest. There may be prizes awarded for participation.
Secondly, I am not a trained professional and go blind by all the data. Please double-check your numbers for accuracy.

Moonflower is in a W1- der- ful place. Dropping from the 200s to the 190’s is definitely a highlight.
Ms. Shamrock moved from the 180’s to the 170s
Oops, I went the wrong way…Anyone with a gain of greater than 1.2 lbs is given a disadvantage. Why do I do that? It’s not fair to have someone gain a large amount of weight and then lose it the next week and end up being the winner. This helps to balance out the true winners. Sucks to be here, I know.
Chunkysloth - a 2.3 lb. penalty. I know you’ve got this, I’ve seen you do it before.
