    Well I did better then I thought.... Considering I was dealing with the flu for both myself and my family I am pretty proud of the month overall.

    1/03/2020 = 371.4 (corrected from original guess)
    1/10/2020 = 369.3 -2.1 lb
    1/17/2020 = 370.1 +0.8 (Who knows where I really am. Have had flu all week.) :(
    1/24/2020 = 367.5 -2.6 lb
    1/31/2020 = 365.8 -1.7 lb

    Total: -5.6 Not what I wanted, but better than where I was!

    Total WL/G for the month= 8 lb (looks more like it will be 6 lb, but that's OK.)

    Total WL/G for the month = TWL =6.0 Goal = 6 I can't believe that I did it! I'm so proud of myself. (sorry to toot my horn!) My Fiance started MFP at the same time as me and lost 13.6lbs. But he is younger than me, male, and didn't really drink a lot of water until the year started. Heck he wasn't even drinking anything at work, except for maybe a coffee or two. So I'm pretty sure a lot of it was water weight. But I'm proud of him for this!

    SW: 379 (all-time highest - July 2013)
    CW: 324.4 (1/1/2020)
    GW: 310
    LTGW: 150

    Weigh-ins: Fridays
    1/3/20 = 321 (-3.4 lbs - water weight, for sure!)
    1/10/20 = 317.8 (-3.2 lbs - probably more water weight...let's see what happens next week)
    1/17/20 = 317.1 (-0.7 lbs - yup, it was water weight :D )
    1/24/20 = 325.9 (+8.8 lbs - sigh. This is what happens when I'm not accountable and have too many lunches out with colleagues, I don't log and I don't drink enough water. I need to remind myself that I will never be able to eat like other people, and that the back and forth of this gets tiresome and depressing. Onward to the end of the month!)
    1/31/20 = 322.7 (-3.2 lbs - a slight recovery. Bring on February!)

    Total WL/G for the month = -1.7 lbs

    Thoughts on the month: this could have gone VERY differently, had I not detoured into my old standby of "Hey, I've already lost a few pounds this month; why CAN'T I go have pizza with the rest of the group?" etc, etc, etc. Yogi Berra was definitely on to something when he said that 90% of the game is half mental ;) Here's to a better February, and to learning as we go. I've been on MFP for almost 7 years and I still haven't mastered this game.
