    Morning brew is echinacea tea, courtesy of my DH. The rest of the day I drink decaf coffee, with a glass of water. After dinner, it's a cup of tea. I sweeten hot drinks with a small amount of stevia. I do like an occasional chai latte.

    Coffee, black, I prefer Guatemalan, Costa Rican, or a Central American blend. Occasionally, tea (Assam), hits the right note.
