I'm discovering small meals and healthy snacks keep me feeling satisfied during the day which is good since I just started back with the calorie restriction this month and back with the challenge. Well under today so all is good.

I love my morning coffee. Vanilla Hazelnut fair trade from Sam's. with cream and Truvia. Not every Sam's sells it. We just moved to East TN and they don't sell it here. Bummer😒. Also love Ikea coffee. I stock up when I get to go and have friends pick it up if they go. Unfortunately we live a good distance from an Ikea.
Have an awesome weekend.7 -

Scale was exceptionally friendly today down another 3.2 from last week which put me at an even 60 pound loss in exactly 5 months.
My coffee choice is a medium roast kcup with a tablespoon of sugar free French Vanilla creamer. Use to be a 2 sometimes 3 cups a day, Since starting my fitness quest in September I now am up to 4-5 a day. Would like to cut that back down....need to get back into the water.
Wow!!!! 🤩
60 pounds in 5 months?!?
That’s absolutely amazing!! Props to you for sticking with it so diligently 👍

My favorite drink is hot coffee, and always has been. I started sneaking it when I was ten years old. A few years ago, I ended up in the emergency room with super high blood pressure from caffeine -- twice in two weeks -- so I switched to decaf. Blech. Such a weird taste from the decaf process.
Now, I sometimes have a small cup of real coffee mixed with decaf. I seem to be okay as long as I stick to one or two cups of real coffee a day. Black, no sugar for me. Best drink in the world on a cold winter day.6 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a dog walk that covered my 20 minutes, plus walking around in stores. I've just finished a huge paperwork project for a friend that has been taking up most of my free time, so hopefully I can get more exercise now.

I plan to be in the Winner’s Circle even with a 2 day trip & a Valentines Dinner. I can definitely do this. Mindset & Prep. Mindset & PREP.
Got my labs back. I can see a couple of areas for slight improvement. What I eat definitely shows in my labs, reinforcing my healthier eating habits.

2/7 Coffee from a pot with a big splash of skim milk in the morning, water or hot water with lemon the rest of the day. I avoid over-packaged anything, including coffee pods.
E - yes - Morning walk in the snow! (big treat here in the south) Big flakes drifting down and instantly disappearing when it hit the blacktop.

For today's discussion lately, my favorite drink is soda. Mr. Pibb Zero. I drink coffee in the morning with a little bit of milk and sweet-n-low, a glass of milk with breakfast, and then soda. I need to switch that to water again as my main drink and one soda a day. Thanks @RangerRickL for the reminder to drink my water!!4 -
Oh, and favorite daytime drinks:
Water 8-12 cups a day
Nonfat, decaf lattes (2 a day) I treat this as a protein source.3 -
I don’t know what happened to my post, but yesterday 2/7, I hit all three goals. Coming back from the flu I did a couple light walks around the house and some low key VR.
After a couple cups of coffee in the morning, my go-to drink during the day is Bubly water or hot herbal tea, if it’s cool enough in our work area. (Rare, as my team seems to love the main area thermostat set at 75, lol.3 -

I love milk and really like specialty teas; however, I usually drink water. My children love milk, too, and I have been known to write the days of the week on the different jugs! 😂1 -

Coffee in the morning for me, too. I have a hard time drinking...I'm like a camel...lol! I try to fill my water bottle with water and 2 lemon slices to help.1 -
Light day with only physio exercises but within budget as well.
OOOOH, my favourite topic. I'm a total coffee snob. My normal is black no sugar, but I do enjoy an occasional nut milk cappuccino. I use beans from my coffee club (6 bags delivered every three months from various roasters around the country) or from our local roaster (oldest coffee roastery in South Africa). At home I use a nanopresso but also have a grinder and a milk frother. At work, I have a portable grinder and a one cup pourover. My favourite place to go for coffee is my friend's coffee shop. They have a microroastery as well so roast their own beans. My choice there is normally cortado.1
