Do something fun this weekend!5

Hi RangerRick and team.
Yes, will be in the fields gleaning for the food insecure. For those of you who are not familiar with the term, gleaning is the picking of produce after the commercial picking has been done. Not to get religious as I am more spiritual, gleaning dates back to biblical times. Since January 1st the affiliation coordinating gleanings and volunteers have gleaned over 170,000 pounds of perfectly good produce that would otherwise be plowed into the ground before the next crop is planted. Crazy to think about the food wasted from farm to table
Will I hit my exercise goal today, yes. Three hours of picking peppers will definitely assist there and I already have 20 minutes of walking in.
I'll post some pics of the bounty in thoughts today later on today. And, of course, my daily stats here at the end of the day.
Hope everyone has a great day!13 -

Shorter walk today. Very windy.
@RangerRickL. Plan to go drone flying tomorrow (practice, not race). Should be fun.13 -
Easy day today, nothing too strenuous, walked the dog for an hour, everything else tracked & under budget etc.10

Another pass day as I eat my exercise calories, or rather, drink them as I party through the night! I was thinking of starving myself all day before we hit the bars but then I will be under the table before I even finish my long island ice tea!🤣
But if I don't put on any weight come Monday, I'm happy.
Have a great evening everyone!10 -

Once again worked to remove snow from front of wood racks and chipped away at least 1/4 “ of ice from my outback wagon before I could go anywhere that was my exercise, ate well and stayed under maybe tomorrow a relaxing day ?8

Yes, times 3. 2 out of 3 pass days remaining.
It was a great day filled with the gleaning, getting to know a co-worker outside of work, shopping at the farmer's marketing, and meal prep. Made chicken stock which will be made in to soup tomorrow, a citrus salad, and a tomato salad. Also got some laundry done.
Hope everyone had a great day!9 -
First day actually feeling like myself, again. 😊
NSV: lost two inches from my waist, even tho the scale still hasn’t budged. 🤷♀️ Inches lost is GOOD!
Exercise: an easy walk for 15 or so minutes, then an 80 minute VR session with really swinging away at Beat Saber and The Climb. Heart rate stayed in a good range. Sweaty, but feeling really good!
Food: lots of low calorie fruit and lean protein, kept it under calorie goal. Had a measured cup of Bugles and an adult beverage. Starting to get in the habit of weighing food again and making better choices.
Logging: every morsel!

ETA that I looked back at yesterday’s check in and didn’t see my original check in, anywhere, so posted yesterday’s success, again. 🤷♀️🤦🏼♀️12 -

Did another painting class where I was reminded of how much artistic talent I do not possess! I was going for what Laura Ingalls Wilder would have painted at six-years-old! In the second photo, I'm third from the left and my good friend is kneeling with the red jacket in front of me.11 -
@SuziQ113, I really admire what you're doing. Where is this? I've done a lot of charity work but never knew this was even a thing..............I'd love to know more!
Still struggling here with vertigo and tummy issues..............can't tell if they're related or separate issues..............LOL I have an appointment at PT next week for the vertigo and that may get rid of it at least temporarily, but hopefully permanently. One good thing is that while I'm not burning as many calories as normal I'm also not eating too much..........ugghh

Exercise: Yes I was able to get Penny Lane out for a 30 minute walk this morning and hoping for at least the same tomorrow
Calories: Yes came in barely over 1250 so left a couple hundred on the table
Tracked: Yes, we met friends for breakfast this morning and I logged it all and barely ate much of that
Have a great Sunday everyone! This group is the BEST!!!!!8 -
@BonnieHosk85 I applaud you! I think your painting is great! I struggle with drawing stick figures! I know I have my own unique set of creative talents, but drawing and painting? Nope. I think it’s human nature to want what we can’t or don’t have, in spite of the gifts we do have. ❤️4
