Well I gave the binge a good run for it's money but it got me yesterday. I know what the triggers were (poor sleep quality & not planning meals ahead), just need to plan better for them in future
Way to recognize those triggers! I have no clue what mine are yet. I'm pretty sure 17 days is my longest streak ever.0 -

It's looking pretty even. Lost first three days of February, did pretty well last three. And I'm so far so good today.0 -
I'm too far gone to even count how many binges I've had this month now. I desperately want to binge right now and it's not out of hunger. I'm not hungry. I just want to hand over fist binge on sugar. It's an addiction.0

Being extra tired is a trigger for me, too. Glad you are able to recognize what triggers you so you can conquer it in the future.1 -
