Low energy today, but managed to get exercise in. Cleaned and organized for at least an hour. Hoping to get in gym time and feel better this weekend.

@SuziQ113 - You are wise! I think I'm going to work from home on Halloween and Valentine's in the future.
Exercise - Yes! AM circuit Y class & late afternoon 2 mile brisk walk in the neighborhood, dodging cars, and left work early to do so.
Calories - Maybe, counting the exercise.
Tracking - Yes, but it was a stab in the dark. Six of us went out together. I ordered scallops served with a beet puree, roasted heirloom carrots, and a side of roasted Brussels sprouts for the table. How bad could that be? But then there's the wine, a bite of DH's, shared appetizer, etc.
After dinner we saw the Wood Brothers at the Ryman. Great show. I'm not a music venue seeker, but went along, and enjoyed the evening.6 -
Enjoyed a nice Valentine's Dinner with hubby here at home so I was able to control the calories and we skipped dessert. Today and tomorrow will be planned pass days for me as we're going out of town and I have no clue what we're eating or where. I'll be back at it Monday. I've been to PT twice this week (having Epley maneuver done) followed by sitting up in a recliner to sleep and I think my vertigo is finally gone.................hopefully forever.
