Fine Tune in Feb

Feb goals: no races this month
1. find an activity to do on work days ( steps dont count, I am a nurse in busy ER)
2. lose 2 lbs
3. no eating after 9pm
4. train/ exercise 4hrs weekly
5. try yoga at Dads gym
6. try lower carb intake while watching fasting glucose.

lost 2 lbs ! but yo-yo'ed after high calorie and salt days. but will make it back down.
no yoga
had bad cold keeping me out of work x one week then a week to recover but back on track this week.0 -

Where do you live that it's warm enough to swim?! It's been hovering in the mid 20's here in Indiana!0

Same here in my neck of the woods cold cold cold but can't complain we have had very little snow. Time to get back on track. I am just grazing non stop .1

I swim in Gulf of Mexico. water temp is 70 ( wetsuit legal for races)
Feb summary
...some body resistance workout on my 12 hour work days
...no yoga yet
.... did lose 2 lbs
.....adjusted daily macros after analyzing blood sugar for 2 weeks.
....way behind on triathalon training but hoping for a healthier March.
