Charge 3 not syncing steps to MFP

MFP has suddenly stopped syncing steps from a Charge 3 whilst the Charge is still syncing calories consumed. I've had to force a restart of the Chathe 3 this afternoon to sort out a problem caused by a Fitbit update and I think the 2 are a related issue.

    This is a known issue that MFP has posted on the support page (delays in Fitbit sync). They've asked that you not connect and reconnect your devices while they're working on it as this will slow recovery for everyone.

    Steps have not synced to MFP for weeks. Nothing works ... Fitbit Alta HR.

    DavidlEvans, you first will have to download the Fitbit app and set it up. When you've done that make sure that Bluetooth function is on and that your Fitbit is connected to your phone through Bluetooth. Also make sure you sync your Fitbit with the Fitbit app first and then check Myfitnesspal
    for the amount of steps you've done so far. Hope this helps!
