    Checking in late for yesterday but I managed to get it done. MFP was giving me lots of trouble logging so I ended up logging after the fact rather than pre-logging everything yesterday. It ended up being okay though.

    Exercise: Yes, about 75 minutes at the gym doing hip PT and strength training

    Calories: Yes, came in under by about 200

    Knees hurting, mostly rested them, which drove up eating.

    R2: thanks for the explanation for the 3 pass days. I like the logic. And I’m a prime example of not making Winners Circle last month or this month, but couldn’t feel more successful. UAC is absolutely helping me with accountability, and that’s helping me stick with it. Thanks to you and everyone here!!!
