Forgot to post yesterday.
Saw doctor in the morning about concerns with medication. Concerns mostly answered so started that night.
Busy work day too with phone conferences till late. Did not get out to walk. Was not motivated enough to do bodyweight.

Yes x 3 but I barely eeeked our a formal workout at 20 minutes. Tracking is a way of life and I was on budget.

Exercise: 102 minutes - Lovely day! Then rested in evening. Did NOT want to miss exercising. ❤️
